Description When properly staked, the cultivar of Arizona Cypress known as ‘Raywood’s Weeping’ makes a striking garden accent tree.

  Morphology
This is a conifer which grows to 20’in height and typically maintaining a very narrow width of under 10’. Branches near foliage which hangs straight down. Foliage is typically blue green. In this example the central leader was not staked well when the tree was young. This specimen has co-dominate stems that distract from its typical form.

  Adaptation:
Arizona Cypress prefers full sun in well-drained soil.
