Description Best known for its bright pink flowers and vivid green leaves that close up at night, Strawberry oxalis is widely prized by gardeners looking to attract butterflies.

  Morphology:
This is an herbaceous perennial which grows to 12” in height and 16” in width. It forms a low mound that looks nice as an edge plant or in a container.
Flowering starts in the spring and extends through the summer.

Adaption:
Strawberry oxalis prefers partial sun in order to keep it looking fresh all summer. It will go dormant during the summer if it is stressed by lack of supplemental water.
