Description With its fine bluish-green thread-like foliage Duncan Falsecypress comes from New Zealand where it was discovered by Duncan and Davies Nursery in 1953.

  Morphology:
This is weeping dwarf conifer with an unusual texture. It forms a flat globose shape. At 10 years it may become 2’ in height and 2’ in width. At full maturity it can grow to 6’ tall and 15’ in width.

  Adaptation:
Select a full sun sight and well drained soil.

  Pests:
Lawson cypress is prone to root rot on poorly drained sites.
